Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU consumer protection laws.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size or colour.
• If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
Return Method
All returns and exchanges are handled by mail. We will provide return instructions after your request is approved.
Return Label
• For defective or incorrect items: A prepaid return label will be emailed to you.
• For other returns: Customers may request a return label (cost deducted from refund) or arrange their own shipping.
Holiday Return Extension
Orders placed between 15 November and 31 December can be returned until 15 January.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 days for the funds to appear in your account.
• Refunds are issued in GBP. For international orders, your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Items marked as final sale
• Personalised or custom-made products
• Products showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
How to Request a Return or Exchange
